Physical Therapy (concierge) One-on-one physical therapy treatment in either your home or office that is located on the South Shore of MA (within 5 mi. of Norwell, MA). Specializing in women's health conditions including, but not limited to: diastasis recti, urinary incontinence, prolapse, pelvic pain, pelvic girdle pain, and low back pain.
Wellness Coaching One-on-one in-person or virtual coaching for the client that has more wellness or health-oriented goals. Workshops and Group Sessions Informal and interactive education sessions for groups. Can be customized for any women's health topics. Consultations One-on-one or group pro-to-pro collaboration. Helping fitness professionals to develop strategies to minimize injury, modify exercises for women in the pregnancy and postpartum period, and develop strategies to maintain fitness for women throughout the lifespan. |
